چکیده

The object of research is the process chemical transesterification palm olein with increased oxidation indicators in presence potassium glyceroxide catalyst. Transesterification an important method fat modification. use fats leads to deactivation common catalysts and a decrease efficiency process. There need increase dosage catalysts, temperature, which negatively affects product quality. An alternative catalyst (potassium glyceroxide) was used for indicators. Palm (CAS Number 93334-39-5) standard used: melting point 22.4 °C, peroxide value 0.8 ½ O mmol/kg, anisidine 0.3 c. u.
